In excitement and anticipation for Maybelline’s latest drop, the SuperStay Ink Crayon Lipstick, I thought I’d talk about a few of my favorite lippies from the brand.

The Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink Liquid Lipsticks first came into my life this time last Summer during one of my many trips to my local Walgreens. I picked up the shades ‘Protector’ and Fighter.’

I quickly became a fan of these lipsticks because of the color pay-off as well as the long-wear aspect. As the name suggests, the SuperStay Matte Ink lasts all day without giving your lips that dry and crusty feeling. From my swatches below you can see the lippies have good, rich coverage and one or two swipes is all you need for the DAY. It’s perfect. and I really should add more to my collection.
