November 25- December 1
As promised here is my weekly update on my weight-loss challenge progress. I really didn’t want to write an update this week because I completely slacked off even though I swore I would do better.
Anyway, let’s start out with things I did successfully/partially successful this past week.
- took my daily multi-vitamin
- 4 days of exercise
- intermittently fasted for 5 days
- lost 3 pounds
Now, on to the real tragedy…I didn’t log not one meal this week and I had sugary snacks 3 days out of last week! I’m still averaging 6-7 cups a day too. Awful, I know.
BUT now that we’ve entered December, new month means new beginnings! So cheers to a successful healthy eating and lifestyle journey for the rest of 2018. I got this!
