Woop-woop another natural hair post! This time it’s a product review. Influenster recently sent me Devacurl’s new Decadence Leave-in conditioner to test out. I was so excited because I’ve never actually used any product by Devacurl! Personally, their products are to expensive for my blood #brokegirlproblems and all my coins go to food and make-up! And low-key…I didn’t think this brand was for my type 4c hair anyway. But the Decadence line caters to thick, tightly curled, coily, kinky, etc hair but I’m pretty sure any hair texture can use it.

At this point I’ve used the product twice (before and after my haircut -__-). And so far it lives up to everything it claims to be in its description. I made a video review on the product so check it out to see some up-close footage of my twist-out!

Quick run-down about the Devacurl Decadence Leave-in: This leave-in is 8 oz and retails for $26. The product is very light-weight and moisturizing, #HelloMoistureGoodbyeWeight lol. But seriously. It left my hair so soft but didn’t weigh it down at all. I still had some movement even with my short hair. (Is it obvious that I’m not fully comfortable with my short hair :/). Anyway, another claim is that this leave-in doesn’t cause any signs of build-up and I agree! No chunky residue at all. It definitely works well with other products as well.

All in all, I’m quite satisfied with this leave-in conditioner. I look forward to continuing using it as well as the shampoo and conditioner in the line.
